Our Mission
Movement for Life is a nonprofit organization inspired by Kelsey Dellino’s belief that movement—no matter how big or small—is a tool for living a happier, healthier life. We support individuals and families impacted by serious illness by providing access to movement-based mental and physical health resources, financial support, and life-enhancing experiences. Our goal is to ensure those facing life-changing medical conditions can continue to live fully and move freely—whether that’s in their neighborhood, on a track, or anywhere in the world.
Our Story
Before being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, Kelsey lived for the rhythm of movement: teaching group fitness, managing SoulCycle classes, chasing her kids to baseball games, and showing up for every social moment. After her diagnosis, movement didn’t stop—it shifted. Whether using a cane to make it to a game or walking laps around a high school track during practice, she made space to move. Her signature thumbs-up and radiant smile became a symbol of resilience, hope, and choosing to show up—no matter the circumstance. Kelsey continues to inspire us every single day, and was selected as the 2025 Movement for Life Foundation Grant winner!
